He's a known spammer that usually goes by a username using sepulchre in it
Normally he just spams with some very disturbing text, but lately he's been posting pictures of dead babies onto every person that comments on my pictures
I could care less about the spam on my page, but it's having it shoved in all your faces that makes me the most pissed
And what's worse is how Deviantart has refused for years to take any measures to make it harder for him to spam, putting a 2 week wait period before a new account can comment would sure go a long ways

if it's normal for your computer, then buy new, but if it's not normal, well~ first of all check your task manager for any suspicious tasks, which are overusing ram, then google them and check if they're dangerous. you should also scan your computer with antivirus, but if you're sure that this is virus fault, then use combofix, it's powerful tool, but worth a try 
also clean it with CCleaner, this might help either ^^ Also~ cleaning up computer from dust and change of cooling paste on CPU can boost your computer, because if it's overheating from dust, then everything will work slower .~. I know that I gave some tips for boosting PC but everything in computer cooperates, if one thing works bad, then everything can be slowed either.
